Newmar Introduces New Luxury Bus

NAPPANEE, Ind.—Newmar Corporation, the Indiana-based manufacturer of high quality Class A motorhomes and fifth wheels, has unveiled the King Aire Diesel Bus, the new luxurious motorhome. The King Aire is being shown this week for the first time at the FMCA International Rally in Perry, Georgia.
"The King Aire is the latest addition to the Newmar Luxury line," said Kyle McCrary, Director of Luxury products. "It combines contemporary styling with a 600 horsepower engine to create a stylish and powerful alternative for discerning customers."
The King Aire offers customers the Newmar quality they have come to expect. The coach is built on a Spartan® K3 Chassis with an Independent Front Suspension System and powered by a Cummins® ISX 600HP motor coupled with an Allison® 4000 MH Transmission. The Bus features power Comfort Drive™ Steering System, automatic traction control, and a 200 gallon fuel tank.
The King Aire is available in five 45' quadruple slide floorplans that have a GVWR of 54,000 lbs. and a NCC of 9,300 lbs.
This very stylish and contemporary motorhome comes full of standard features, including three 15M Penguin™ Heat Pump Central Air Conditioners with remote control thermostat, Hydronic zone heating system, Norcold® 17 cu. Ft. four-door refrigerator with automatic defrost, icemaker, and water dispenser, 40" Sony® LCD TV in the bedroom, and a Video Security System.
Also included are polished Corian® countertops, self-closing drawer guides, Villa® furniture, a 12.5kW Cummins Onan® diesel quiet generator, multiplex electrical system, one-piece bonded windshield, polished porcelain floor tiles, designer faucets, and high-gloss cabinetry.
Optional features include a Collision Avoidance System, electric heat under the floor tiles, and a stackable washer/240 volt dryer.
