New Account Managers Join Newmar

NAPPANEE, Ind.—Newmar is proud to announce the hiring of Mike Aplin and Mark Lombard as a Motorhome Account Managers for its Sales Department.
Aplin joins Newmar after having spent the last three years at Monaco Coach as a Midwest Regional Sales Manager. Prior to working at Monaco, Aplin worked as a Sales Manager at Carriage, Keystone RV, and King of the Road.
“Mike Aplin’s talents in the areas of training and interacting with retail customers will bring great value to the Newmar dealers in the Midwest,” said John Sammut, Newmar Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Mike is also the consummate team player and is an excellent addition to the Newmar sales team.”
In his new position, Aplin is responsible for overseeing the sales volume of Class A products for the RV market in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. He is also accountable for dealer training, account development, and servicing the dealer network.
Lombard brings nine years of sales experience to Newmar having worked as a Regional Sales Manager for National RV and Country Coach.
“Mark Lombard’s extensive experience and strong work ethic will bring the Newmar dealers in Florida a new level of sales and marketing support,” said Sammut. “The fact that Mark will be based in his territory will also allow our dealers in Florida to see a representative from Newmar more often than ever before.”
